If you scour the internet to do some research on this must have program, you will find a lot of satisfied users. Once you have this program, theres no more need for you to use the system retore function.

It comes with an autoback feature that backs up your entire registry every time you logon into Windows. Also if you look into the readme file you can use command line switches to customize to your needs. I would highly recommend you get this. You never can be too careful.
